How to Return a Product
At OnlySlow, we strive to provide you with high-quality products, and your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return a product, please follow the guidelines below:
Returns Policy:
Some items can be replaced within 14 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
- Items must be unworn/unused.
- Items must have any tags still attached.
- Items must include all the original packaging.
Returning a Product:
If you meet the criteria for a return and wish to initiate the process, please contact us at info@onlyslow.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.
Please note the customer shall bear the shipping costs of the product to the warehouses unless the product is damaged or doesn't meet the description.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
Important Note:
As of now, we do not offer returns for all products such as the "Stealth Plate Collection". If you have any questions or concerns regarding the return process or the eligibility of your item, please feel free to email us at info@onlyslow.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
